Life Is A Journey That Must Be Traveled With Your Own Steps

You spend your life dreaming about that amazing travel, that perfect job and that happy family. Well, let me tell you something: that won't happen, unless you make it happen!
You will have to break the rules, be confident enough to create a life in your own terms, go against the majority, and never apologize for it.
You never know where the ride is taking you, but you have to know that you are here for the journey. You can choose the way you walk, baby steps or big jumps. You can choose the roads you take, go up the hill or enjoy the wind on the descent. But you have to refuse to fit in!
Don't live the life that was planned for you, don't live other people's dreams and don't live for the destiny. Don't waste your time on a life that is not yours.
You will often be against everything and everyone, sometimes it will go well and other times it will be a disaster. But at all times, you will always have the last word. People will not understand, and they don't have to, because this is not their journey, it's yours.
Some people may even leave you - not everyone is strong enough to stay by your side while you are building your own road.  But you never really lose anyone, because nobody is yours. You have to look at defeats as learning and victories as achievements.
At the end of the day, you are the only one responsible for your own life. So, if you are not happy with something, only you have the power to change it. Don't wait for a chance, don't waste oportunities, don't choose the perfect time - because it doesn't exist.
Don't worry about what others might think, be selfish enough not to let them decide your life and, especially, do not let them take it away from you.
Embrace life as a journey, choose where you want to go and how will you get there. Walk by your own steps, sing it out loud and dance like everybody is watching. Live like you are making a difference, because one day you will!
